6 of our coworkers decided to get lunch from our local store and we all complained of the same symptoms. Diarrhea & Nausea. We all got the Whopper Meal. One guy even called off the next day complaining about bad diarrhea. Definitely staying away.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

On Saturday May 11, 2019 my family and I attended Disneyland. At 5am Sunday May 12, 2019 I woke up vomiting. No one else in my family got this. I had different food items then everyone else in my family. We ate dinner and I was the only person to order a chicken salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

去上班之前去麦当劳吃早餐，订购了 2 个香肠 mc 煎锅，在 7 点 30 分左右吃了一个，另一个保存下来用于晚些时候我上班时饿了。大约 2 个小时后，我腹部疼得很厉害，不得不在工作中使用洗手间几次。中午 12 点左右开始感到非常恶心。我什至看不到我买的第二把沙子。12:30 左右回到家，试图放松一下，但是有同样的胃痛、腹胀和严重的寒意。下午 1 点左右，我大量呕吐并出现腹泻。我感到非常可怕和恶心，现在是晚上 7 点 05 分，此刻我感到恶心，尤其是当我坐起来或站起来时。呕吐的感觉很强烈。自从我呕吐以来我没吃太多东西。主要是因为恶心严重，没有能量移动，说实话，我真的很失望。我明天有学校，明天我真的不能错过学校，但是我有不停的腹泻，事情看起来不太好。我想我对麦当劳做完了。没想到我会在这样的餐厅生病，但是我们在这里..我今年 21 岁，认为自己很健康。好吧，除了今天。谢谢

Me, my husband and our brother in law had a coffee yesterday when we arrived to Disneyland. By the afternoon I was violently ill (diarrhea and vomiting). Continued thru the night. My husband and brother in law also were throwing up last night and this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2019 年 4 月 18 日星期四，我们在阿纳海姆的迪士尼乐园，在城堡和露天剧院附近的购物车上购买了 chimmichangas。大约是下午 2 点左右。我儿子在回家的路上最终得了腹泻。自周四以来，我们都出现了以下情况：腹泻、呕吐、头痛、发烧和肌肉酸痛。我们中有 3 人来访。我们在 2 点左右吃了东西，我 7 岁的孩子在 5 点之前感到恶心。现在是星期一。
