My Fiancé and I had thai chicken pizza and chicken tequila fettuccine for lunch today, and we both started having upset stomach followed by diarrhea. We love both dishes and those are our go-to menus at CPK and never had these kind of symptoms before.  | 症状: 腹泻

My friend and I both got sick. We are at Bengal Barbeque - Bengal Beef Skewer, Outback Veggie Skewer, Safari Skewer, and Jungle Julip. We also had popcorn. I almost never throw up and I vomited heavily about four hours after eating.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a little bit of each appetizers consisting of bread, buffalo blasts, and Nashville chicken. Then I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. I haven’t had this feeling since 5 years ago when I had food poisoning from a local restaurant on the east coast.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I thought it might of been just a bad day or something. Now I know for sure it’s this dish. Been feeling sick to my stomach all night. Ate dinner at 930pm. Taking activated charcoal to calm my stomach down.. about 5 pills. Never again  | 症状: 恶心
