I ate Monday evening , around 10 PM. 1 chicken quesadilla , 1 Doritos locos taco, and 1 regular taco. I had intense nausea pain and diarrhea all day Tuesday. Since then, I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO EAT!!!!! I can barely eat without feeling intense nausea. Do not eat here  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

24 小时前。沙拉配 1/2 只鸡肉 1/2 sofritas、黑豆、玉米莎莎、pico de gallo 没有酸奶油没有大米。几个小时后感到不安和恶心，然后 8 小时后腹泻开始了，然后呕吐。用几口水拿了电解质。因紧急腹泻醒了好几次。24 小时后，胃痛还很恶心，需要呕吐。还没看过医生。

I eat the same thing everyday. Had Chipotle 9/6/16 at around 7pm, felt a little uneasy a couple hours afterwards but brushed it off and thought I would feel better the next morning. Woke up the next morning with nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and severe stomach/abdominal pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
