我吃了比萨饼在昨晚 7 点 30 分左右，星期五。这是我在一个多月以来第一次吃出房子。我在晚上 10 点左右睡觉。在凌晨 2 点左右，我突然醒来，不得不运行到卫生间吐舌。这是一种全液体排便/经典腹泻。我已经起床了四次，总共五次去洗手间，凳子每次都是纯净的液体。我有寒战感觉很可怕

He had beef, hard shell tacos, I had a salad with chicken. We started feeling ill the following morning. My husband started with severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
