Gourmet Burger and fries  Went to eat around 2pm, mom, dad and me it mostly affected me symptoms started immediately with nausea thought it was minor then hours later major headaches after that constant dirrahera peptol bismol isn’t helping stomach cramps keeping coming   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 头痛
