午餐时我吃了螃蟹和 avacado 沙拉。在 3-4 小时内，我多次出现严重的胃痛、抽筋和水样腹泻。我能在腹泻中看见沙拉。我病得太重了，背部也很痛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 胃痛

On 1/9/17 I ate a deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. I'm guessing it was the lettuce that caused the problem. Had lunch about 2pm and was sick by 7pm.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
