I had the crab and avacado salad for lunch. Within 3-4 hours I had severe stomach pain, cramping and watery diarrhea- multiple times. I can see the salad in my diarrhea. I'm so sick and my back hurts.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

On 1/9/17 I ate a deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. I'm guessing it was the lettuce that caused the problem. Had lunch about 2pm and was sick by 7pm.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
