昨天去水上乐园之前，我吃了本尼迪克特的 Nova Lox（烟熏三文鱼）鸡蛋作为早午餐。在吃东西的短短一个小时左右的时间内，我就开始恶心了。我整天都非常恶心。到了晚上，腹泻开始了。我整晚都因可怕的胃痉挛和腹泻而起床。我确信让我生病的食物来自这里，因为除此之外我至少在 16 个小时前没有吃过任何东西。

我在 17 日星期三在客户之间吃了墨西哥辣椒，我会说大约在下午 1:30 左右。吃完之后，它只是在我的肚子里坐得不好。大约 7 点 30 分，我开始感觉自己脖子上有剧烈的疼痛，以为这是一种紧张的头痛... 从颈部疼痛到饱腹痛，再到发烧和恶心... 我真的不得不随意停下来，因为我感觉多么可怕。第二天我在写这篇文章的时候一直躺在床上直到今天。

Eat my breakfast and a few hours later started to vomit. I was vomiting through the day along with diarrhea. I'm thinking this could be the fresh fruit. My partner shared the fruit with me and has abdominal cramps and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
