Eat my breakfast and a few hours later started to vomit. I was vomiting through the day along with diarrhea. I'm thinking this could be the fresh fruit. My partner shared the fruit with me and has abdominal cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
