My husband and I both had the same pizza and within 3-4 hours we were vomiting all night long. Even after our stomachs were empty we would vomit bile and dry heave. We also had fevers and my husband had diahrea. It wasn't until after 12 hours that we were able to keep liquids down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 胆汁

I ordered 3 soft beef tacos and about an hour or two I had diarrhea. Also at another Del Taco in Hollywood years before the same catastrophic event! I now know Del Taco is the culprit! I haven't been back. I wouldn't recommend eating there to enemies!  | 症状: 腹泻

Ordered the steak, mashed potatoes, and Tender Greens salad around 8 PM, June 5. Slept horribly the following morning with terrible nausea shortly followed by typical food poisoning symptoms. I get the feeling that it might be the salad that did it for me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
