晚上 6 点左右从 Trader Joe "s 那里吃了一顿冷冻餐，然后立刻感觉不舒服... 有点不安。第二天早上我醒来时有腹泻。我还在上班，但是一旦上班，我就无法停止呕吐和腹泻。我也头疼得很厉害。我被送回家了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

7 月 23 日星期一，星期一，从佩塔卢马的 Raley Market 购买了一袋 Frito Lay Rffles。
我的朋友和我吃了晚餐，immedietley 都说了什么不对... 化学品味道，气味真的很糟糕... 我说闻起来像贝类的气味。现在，我在中西部阅读了为清洁解决方案召回的行李！！！给 Frito Lay 打电话给了信息... 女士说我的包不是召回时。我坚决不同意。我一生中从来没尝过任何如此犯规的东西，而且，它使我们的喉咙激怒，但是，温和地，咳嗽。幸运的是我们没被送到医院。召回一定比想象的更广泛。

Every time I get the Boneless Chicken it taste fine, but I ALWAYS get the mentioned symptom a few hours later. At first I wasn't sure, but after getting the chicken from there several times and having the same thing constantly happen I am convince that it is their food that is doing this,.  | 症状: 腹泻

4 月 26 日星期四我去了盒子里的插孔。凌晨 12 点左右。我通常订购了培根终极芝士汉堡和培根俗气的土豆楔子。还给我的未婚夫订购了辣鸡肉三明治，他还得到了培根土豆楔子。下午 4 点左右，我的胃开始受伤。晚上 11 点左右我告诉未婚夫我已经准备好去看医生了，我有一个 8 个月大的婴儿，我真的不想在晚上 11 点在寒冷中把她拖出去。我起身去穿衣服，吐完之后我说是的，我吐了起来撒尿之后，我洗完澡，想也许我会感觉好些的。半小时后，我又因畏寒而呕吐。这将持续到早上 6 点。我停止呕吐醒来后感觉很酸痛，我的头疼得很厉害。不得不下班两天呆在家里真是太糟糕了。
