I ordered a chicken bowl and an hour after I ate it, i started to feel very sick in my stomach.. this was the only thing I ate that day, I threw up everything and was dehydrated and nausea for the next day!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a Chicken Bowl for lunch on Wednesday December 13, 2017. I ended up leaving work early with a stomach ache. I ended up suffering with diarrhea until Monday December 18th. Vomiting lasted until Friday December 15th.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
