Ordered DoorDash with a friend between the hours of 5-7. Ate the California Cobb salad and then woke up to nausea at 4:41 AM. The only thing thrown up was the Cobb salad out of the other foods I had tonight.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Food poisoning from the homestyle ranch chicken sandwich I ordered the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Sandwich. About 2 hours after eating, I had explosive diarrhea, projectile vomiting and I almost passed out during my first 1 hour session of this in my bathroom at work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
