Only had a 7-11 hotdog within the last 8 hours of getting sick. Had a big bite with chilli and cheese. I have ate big bites before, actually my whole life. But never again. I've been throwing up and have diarrhea all day. I feel horrible  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the chorizo burrito with white rice and black beans I didn't feel sick afterwards until I got home my stomach started to hurt and about an hour later I started experiencing some bathroom troubles and then I vomited  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate chicken flutas at Vallejo Chevy. They didn't seem to taste right but thought it was my taste buds. Within 3 hours became extremely nauseous. A few hours later I had a fever vomiting and extreme diarrhea. The flutas we're the only thing I ate the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我从 rubios 那里买到了加州碗里的牛排。我昨天在 2017 年 3 月 14 日买了它。在我吃完大约 3/4 的碗之后不久，我肚子疼了。晚上晚些时候我胃里的疼痛变得更加严重了。我觉得我的背部和肚子整晚都受伤了。几乎无法入睡。第二天情况更糟。整天恶心、腹泻、胃痛。我感觉很虚弱。
