我在星期一 4 10 17 的午餐时间吃了 5 种味道的虾，然后变得猛烈地变得星期三早上上班。他们不得不开车送我下班回家，因为我连呕吐都无法移动。我有潮热和发冷，十九个小时都无法移动。我现在错过了三天的工作，试图从中恢复过来，我一直在处理食物中毒脱水引起的偏头痛。

I ate some wings and mac and cheese on Wed night. A friend ate the same wings and was fine. That night around 1:00 am I woke up sick to my stomach. I was vomiting and had diarrhea until around 5am that morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
