I went there on May 5th, 2019. Ordered a beef brisket sandwich and a side of fries around 3pm. Then I was feeling pretty sick by 5pm, and started vomiting around 7 pm and additional 2 times that evening  | 症状: 呕吐

去上班之前去麦当劳吃早餐，订购了 2 个香肠 mc 煎锅，在 7 点 30 分左右吃了一个，另一个保存下来用于晚些时候我上班时饿了。大约 2 个小时后，我腹部疼得很厉害，不得不在工作中使用洗手间几次。中午 12 点左右开始感到非常恶心。我什至看不到我买的第二把沙子。12:30 左右回到家，试图放松一下，但是有同样的胃痛、腹胀和严重的寒意。下午 1 点左右，我大量呕吐并出现腹泻。我感到非常可怕和恶心，现在是晚上 7 点 05 分，此刻我感到恶心，尤其是当我坐起来或站起来时。呕吐的感觉很强烈。自从我呕吐以来我没吃太多东西。主要是因为恶心严重，没有能量移动，说实话，我真的很失望。我明天有学校，明天我真的不能错过学校，但是我有不停的腹泻，事情看起来不太好。我想我对麦当劳做完了。没想到我会在这样的餐厅生病，但是我们在这里..我今年 21 岁，认为自己很健康。好吧，除了今天。谢谢
