A few hours after eating a salad from Jason’s Deli I began to have abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I developed a mild fever of 101. I have also had some muscle aches. I am sticking to a clear liquid diet for the time being.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 7 日星期三 12:00 左右，我从北方学院的 Del Taco 订购了一份 Queso 墨西哥卷饼。晚上 7 点左右，我开始感到非常恶心，头疼。我去躺下，晚上 8 点左右我呕吐了。自呕吐开始以来我就有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

This is the second time I’ve gotten sick from here. It happened after they hired a new Cook. I ate around 1:30 and felt extremely sick within the hour. Stomach cramps (extreme) and diarrhea. I feel like absolute crap. Kind of curious what’s going on here...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
