Ate at 4:15 pm yesturday I had a large burrito plate, went to bed at 9pm no problems, woke up at 11:30 with severe stomach craps and di as well as feeling light headed. At midnight I vomited forcefully and went the rest of the night vomiting… 更多

从麦当劳回家后，我和我的家人吃了饭，发现食物味道真的很有趣。这发生在晚餐时间。第二天早上我醒来时正在呕吐，头疼得很厉害和发烧！我以前从来没有吃过东西所以我想也许我得了流感...但是所有症状都在继续恶化，我仍然感觉很糟糕！我的其他家庭成员也生病了，但幸运的是没那么长...我在星期三晚上购买了食物，但是现在是星期五下午，因为我生病了...我连学校都没办法...

I had a burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa and pico. I ate 4/10/18 around 6:00pm. Stomach cramping started early the next morning 4/11 with vomiting that evening followed by diarrhea the next day 4/12. I haven’t been able to eat anything but crackers since eating the burrito bowl.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
