Got sick 6 months before...puked 3 times and was in bed nauseous all night.... and haven’t eaten it since... decided I could take the risk today because I love their sandwiches and here I am again, sick with the same feeling and it bed waiting to puke.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我的墨西哥披萨中途尝起来很奇怪。四个小时后，我呕吐时伴有严重的胃痛、发冷、肌肉痉挛、头痛和腹泻。我也很头晕我差点晕倒了。我能够停止呕吐并整夜睡觉。第二天早上我还是很恶心，但是去上班了。当我开始四处走动时，剧烈的疼痛又随着头晕而回来了。我的男朋友来带我去急诊室，在那里我的双手被抓住时差点晕倒，一半的身体因胃部剧烈疼痛而麻木。诊断为严重的食物中毒。在过去的几个月里，这个地方已经走下坡路了。最后三次体验太糟糕了！现在我中毒了我怀疑我们会不会回来。

4 月 8 日下午 2 点吃饭，晚上 9 点开始腹泻和胃痛。夜间发烧和恶心。整晚都醒了。我有一个素食碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、蔬菜、微微、莎莎佛得角、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。凌晨 5 点发烧了 Tylenol，但没有奏效。肚子太痛了。
