下午 6 点左右吃了半个意大利三明治，其余的在晚上 9 点左右醒来，感觉不舒服，腹泻然后呕吐。
吃了蘑菇和奶酪三明治，因胃痛、呕吐、身体发冷而生病了 24 小时  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 寒战

7 月 15 日星期五下午 5 点左右我吃了牛排克萨里托。在 3 到 4 个小时内，我感到非常臃肿、恶心、生气，然后开始呕吐并整夜腹泻。我不得不取消上班，以为周日睡觉和喝了佳得乐后感觉好多了。但是到了周日下午 4 点，我又出现了症状。我现在病了。
