Ate half an Italian sandwich around 6pm, the rest around 9pm, woke up around 6am, felt sick and had diarrhea followed by vomiting.
Ate a mushroom and cheese sandwich, was sick for 24 hours with stomach pain, vomiting, body chills  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Grapes were in the refrigerator for 7-10 days before I ate them, so maybe that was the problem. I washed them and they tasted fine. But about 5 hours later I had diarrhea that continued for about a 4-hour period. I fainted once.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
