快餐店我是唯一一个生病的人，因为我是唯一一个吃过食物的人，我带着奶奶的症状在消费后几个小时就开始了，一直持续到现在我仍然出现可怕的症状。我已经有食物中毒了几天了，从这里开始我是素食主义者，已经有 15 年多了，我点了我平时做的就是中等巧克力 Frosty 和中等油炸的巧克力，显然他们在宣传自己的薯条现在又热又脆，这让我印象不大最初以为他们可能开始煮新的薯条和培根油脂或动物脂肪，然后为了进行研究，我发现他们最近在不到半个月前爆发了沙门氏菌，除了发烧我恶心我有胃痉挛我有胃痉挛我有食物中毒的所有症状猛烈呕吐而且我每天至少有六次可怕的腹泻

我两天前订购了薯条和四分之一磅的奶酪。
在吃完它的一个小时内，我感到非常恶心，出现了严重的不可阻挡的水样、脂肪、白色腹泻。
两天后这种情况仍在进行。昨晚，我发烧和发冷。甚至止泻药也没有奏效。我很虚弱，苍白，筋疲力尽。

Ate Chicken McNugget and fries on Tuesday 3/6/18 at 7pm. Around 11pm that same night I woke up with vomiting and diarrhea. Felt nausea and still had diarrhea all day on Wednesday, 3/7.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
