Me and 4 others had the number 14 burger around 12 am November 19 we went home and ate a few hours later a friend of mine called and said he was sick shortly after I got sick as well . Diarrhea and nausea .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我今晚点了一份西南鸡肉沙拉然后把它带回家吃晚饭。大约一个小时后我感到恶心。再过半小时我就开始腹泻了。从这么多开始腹泻现在已经变得流血了，我已经开始呕吐了。我去扔掉了容器，发现贴纸显示它已经过时了。我现在在这家餐厅买东西时病得很重，有头晕、恶心、呕吐、血性腹泻和胃痉挛。除了我今天吃的青椒以外，这种沙拉是唯一的东西，所以我知道是麦当劳让我生病的。
