晚上 9 点左右吃了一个墨西哥玉米饼。我丈夫吃了几个炸玉米饼。我立刻有胃痛并且有了 diariah。大约 2 小时后，我开始呕吐、剧烈的腹痛和恶心。我有发冷和身体疼痛。我又扔了 3 次以及更多的日记。一旦大部分食物都吃完了，我就开始发烧了，已经大约 3 天了，我终于又感觉基本正常了。

The taco bell was being remodeled. The drive thru was still open. I was fine until about 3.5 hours later and have been violently I'll since, (about 8 hrs since throwing up the first time)  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
