我的五口之家都有症状。我吃了 Jr 芝士汉堡和薯条，三个孩子都吃了 Jr bacon 芝士汉堡和薯条，丈夫吃了 Baconator 和薯条。第一晚胃痉挛，第二天三个孩子都呕吐和/或腹泻。胃痉挛太可怕了。今天晚些时候会去看医生。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ate a chicken quesadilla and it had the chicken nuggets in it . 4 hours later i was vomitting nonstop with a fever! VERY DISSAPOINTED! Dont let you kids eat the chicken nuggets.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
