昨天，2017 年 4 月 17 日，我从 Wendy's 订购了 4 换 4 件，大约 6 个小时后我的肚子抽筋臃肿，感觉恶心。我试着拿东西睡下来，但是它持续了一整夜，导致我不得不去医院。我感到非常失望，而且比任何病得很重的事情都重要。

I had a Burger with some Pickles, Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup around the evening of the 14th. My stomach started to not feel well around four hours after I had eaten the burger. I woke up on the 15th, with a fever and had to use the lavatory.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I was completely fine. I went to eat Panera at 11:30 am. About an hour after eating it my stomach began rumbling. Within 3 hours I had diarrhea and nausea and vomiting. Within 5 hours the vomiting stopped but I am still experiencing diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
