昨天下午我吃了连胜墨西哥玉米饼，今天醒来时我有史以来最痛苦的抽筋。我像疯了似的大便哭泣和出汗，然后我开始干重。我希望它能早点击中我，这样我就可以把它扔掉而不是堵嘴干了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

Got some chicken tacos and a roller late night. Ate one each, stomach felt unsettled immediately so I threw the rest away. Spent most of the night up and down with nausea. Then serious vomiting early the next day. Stomach still suffering and unsettled and I haven't left the house today. Never again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My son ate fettuccini Alfredo at olive garden 9/8/17 around 630 pm. Around 10 pm he was throwing up and as of today 9/9 at 5:55 pm he is still nauseas and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My boyfriend and I got nearly identical dishes except I had the shrimp. We ordered online and picked it up in the store. Only I'm sick which leads me to believe it's the shrimp. I had to leave work due to profuse vomiting the day after eating this.  | 症状: 呕吐
