I ate the breakfast sandwich yesterday morning and that night fell very ill with diarrhea and vomiting. Nothing else I ate that day could have caused it because my husband ate the same meals as me except for the sandwich and he was not sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
