5/16/18 around 1pm. Ate white rice, steak, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Tortilla and chips. Symptoms started 1am 5/17/18

I had chipotle burrito bowl at 6:30pm last night and woke up in the middle of the night puking my brains out. Also, it's 10:30am and I'm still continuously puking.
