Ate last night, 6/6/2019. I got the shrimp poboy. Shrimp had a different taste to them than what I am normal too but it seemed fine. About 04:30 in the morning I started projectile vomiting after a bout of nausea. About an hour after that I started with diarrhea also.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天下午 3 点左右，我吃了来自墨西哥辣椒的鸡肉炸玉米饼，酸奶油，queso，guac 和玉米。我整天感觉很好，昨晚 9 点左右睡觉，凌晨 2 点、3 点、4 点和 6 点醒来，剧烈呕吐，冷汗和摇晃。现在已经是早上 9 点了，我又吐了一遍。此时它只是黄色液体，很痛苦，因为没有食物可以上来。我感到虚弱，筋疲力尽，就像昨天我体内的任何能量都被完全吸走了。
