I had five Way chili and started getting stomach aches before I left the store. Later that day I had severe pain and stomach cramps. They gradually went away over a. Of 3 days. I have had the same a dozen times over the last year with no issues.  | 症状: 抽筋

Nauseous two to three hours after eating, went to bed, threw up all food during evening and it continued the entire day. Painful diarrhea and extreme stomach pain. Also, fever and shakes. My body temp fluctuated a lot. My boyfriend also got diarrhea which is how we narrowed it down to food.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 胃痛

Had a power bowl the chicken that is... I noticed mixed in my rice and lettuce and beans was old chicken i mean old. I took pics of da chicken just in case i didn't wake up dis morning. Been running back nd forth to restroom  | 症状: 腹泻
