Had various foods from the hot/salad bar including chicken nuggets, pasta/smoked mozz salad, also used restroom. Had vomiting , diarrhea and chills about 10 hours later. Not sure if it was something from the store, but I only ate other things cooked at home and nobody else… See more

I had five Way chili and started getting stomach aches before I left the store. Later that day I had severe pain and stomach cramps. They gradually went away over a. Of 3 days. I have had the same a dozen times over the last year with no issues.  | Symptoms: Cramps

Nauseous two to three hours after eating, went to bed, threw up all food during evening and it continued the entire day. Painful diarrhea and extreme stomach pain. Also, fever and shakes. My body temp fluctuated a lot. My boyfriend also got diarrhea which is how we narrowed it down to food.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
