不知道我是不是从 Chipotle 那里得到的，但是在吃完鸡碗后一个小时内，就被可怕的腹泻击中了。昨晚，我发烧得很厉害。30 小时后还因发冷和腹泻而生病。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 寒战

chalupa, I ate the chalupa and about 3 or 4 hours later I got a really bad ache in my belly I also felt really naseous I couldn't use the bathroom either because I was constipated the next morning I threw up in the shower  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心
