星期一我咬了一两个不可能的滑块和几个普通的滑块。不可能的滑块不是很温暖，也很不开胃。大约 36 小时后，我有胃痉挛，大约 42 小时腹泻失控了。现在（50 小时后）感觉非常虚弱，但症状仍然存在。我无法确定这是我生病的根源，但似乎是最有可能的来源。

Ordered Rotisserie chicken via bite squad. After 2 hours started feeling nauseated and feverish. It’s now been 2 days been gagging and constant diarrhea. Unable to eat anything. Feeling extremely weak and unable to go to work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I got a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, queso, cheese, and sour cream. Felt fine after eating. Woke up around midnight with severe abdominal cramps, sweating, watery diarrhea, and nausea. Continued until 5am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 出汗
