I had their Cajun breakfast with hollandaise sauce. Within an hour I had major diarrhea and massive stomach cramps. I am in laying in bed with a heating pad on my stomach as I write this. Stay away from the hollandaise sauce and tell them to cook the eggs well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

2 个鸡肉壁画炸玉米饼和 1 个牛排壁画炸玉米饼... 都是软壳-我的丈夫，我自己和我们的 2 个十几岁的孩子在晚上 7 点接我下班后访问了这个塔可钟的地点，这个地方离我们家只有几个街区的路程。我是我孩子的食物，（我丈夫什么都不想要），我自己订购了 1 个烤牛排 Taco Fresco 和 2 个 Taco Fresco 鸡肉丝... 收据的时间戳是晚上 7 点 32 分 08 分。我们回到家后，离开塔可钟大约 10-15 分钟后，我立即洗手并开始吃晚餐（上述所有 3 种炸玉米饼）。吃完炸玉米饼后，我立即毫不犹豫地去厨房扔掉袋子，餐巾纸等...在我还没到厨房之前，我开始变得非常头晕和恶心... 我扔掉垃圾去洗手间... 我的胃开始转动，头痛变得更糟，我的唾液开始在我的嘴里变得水汪汪。在那头痛变得更糟之后我就吐了...我喝了一杯泰诺，然后喝了些茶... 仍然感觉很恶心和胃部不适... 唾液仍然变得水汪汪，好像我要再吐一次一样，但是我还没有（还）在写这条消息的时候这一切都发生

吞下我最后一口饭后症状立即开始

我已经两年没吃了 chipotle 了，但是 doordash 应用程序有免费送货服务。晚上 7 点 30 分之前我在晚上 10 点之前吃了墨西哥卷饼我抽筋和 diarreah 不好，整晚都无法控制地呕吐。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

星期一我咬了一两个不可能的滑块和几个普通的滑块。不可能的滑块不是很温暖，也很不开胃。大约 36 小时后，我有胃痉挛，大约 42 小时腹泻失控了。现在（50 小时后）感觉非常虚弱，但症状仍然存在。我无法确定这是我生病的根源，但似乎是最有可能的来源。
