Street tacos, After about a hour or so after getting home my stomach started hurting and then a couple hours after that I started vomiting later the next morning I started having diarrhea and I still have the diarrhea and nausea 17hrs later  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天我大部分时间都在外出之前吃了一碗麦片。晚上 7 点左右我和一些朋友一起去了。我得到了一半的玉米片碗和一些茶，我总是喝茶，因为它可以帮助我远离苏打水。纳乔碗非常 “汤”，当它被描述为含有 “调味肉” 时，我非常怀疑，但它是我能找到的卡路里最低的一餐。我吃了整个东西是因为它只有一半的订单。当我回到家时，我每晚都有三勺柯克兰香草冰淇淋。冰淇淋从来没有让我生病，我在晚上 9 点 30 分左右吃了。到了午夜，我有腹泻和胃痛。睡眠断断续续，到早上 8 点我不得不喝些 pepo bismol。这帮助了，现在是 1:30。一小时前我有更多的腹泻。我现在感觉很好，但是今天是我的休息日，生病已经浪费了 5 个小时。
