Went to McDonalds at 9:00 last night bc I was studying for finals late. Ran out of chicken nuggets so I had to get a Big Mac after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through-after already ordering chicken nuggets. Woke up this morning with diarrhea and then vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我一直没事，直到饭后（午餐）不久... 最初出现与消化不良一致的症状，但进食后约 3 小时出现恶心、发烧和发冷。那天晚上晚些时候在厕所里花了 5 个小时试图吐出来，并且有非常恶劣的打嗝... 非常虚弱和疲劳。我放弃了呕吐的尝试，终于睡了几个小时。醒来时虚弱但仍然发烧，但自从最坏的情况以来已经有了很大的改善
