是马达罗尼、牛 s 鸡和玉米面包在下午 2-3 点左右上班吗。晚上 7 点 8 点左右在家，我开始打烂鸡蛋的味道。10 点就上床睡觉了12:30 醒来时有可怕的胃痛、呕吐和腹泻... 下班了，仍然感觉很恐怖。不能让任何东西失望  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛, Burping

Ate last night at about 930- we had tuna sandwich with works, chicken with works and spicy Italian with works. We felt sick that night but then in the middle of the night we all got sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and continue having nausea and fevers.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
