My daughter is sick since 4 am this morning after eating at Chipotle last night. What's worse is that it's her birthday today and she can't participate in any of the activities or things she had planned. She is not able to keep anything down, not even water.  | 症状: 呕吐

几个小时后感觉很糟糕... 可怕的胃痛.. 今天早上去看医生，他不知道我抽了什么血，向医生呕吐，整天呕吐胃痛太糟糕了，气体，头晕... 再也没有了！食物定位。今天休息一天，明天可能会休假.. 荒谬。不能只保留任何固体液体。再也不会糟糕了，上述所有症状并且整天不断呕吐可怕的身体疼痛..

I ate a chicken quesadilla and ended it up having a strange feeling in my stomach. I decided to sleep it off. Figures out, i ended up waking in the middle of the night and puked for about 10-15 mins!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
