我在这里吃饭从来没有遇到过问题，但是我也从未去过这个地方。整天没吃任何东西，拿到了 chalupa 和 dorito locos 炸玉米饼。从字面上看 30 分钟后，我得到了严重的胃痉挛，差点让自己崩溃了。疯狂的腹泻现在在颤抖。  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I started to get symptoms about 45” after I ate the sandwich (which ironically was the wrong item but was too hungry to care at the moment). Had eight hours of simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea then went to ER. Got 2 liters of saline. Anti emetic. Etc. got home from ER around 1AM  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
