I never had issues eating here, however, I have also never been to this location. Didn’t eat anything all day, got the chalupa and dorito locos tacos. Literally 30 minutes later I got severe stomach cramping and almost crapped myself. Crazy diarrhea and now trembling.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza
Within an HR was trowing up had fever was sent home from dentist apt
Started having diareah for 2 days

Was fine before pizza  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever

I went to P.F. Chang’s on Friday February 1, 2019 I got extremely sick and my face chest back arms and legs red dots and rash my sister went the next day not knowing to buy a gift certificate and it was closed a huge place like that I have pictures to show  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Skin Rash

5 dollar chicken taste like it was under cooked in old grease macroni and cheese was very bland and the rice and beans were some what spoiled  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I started to get symptoms about 45” after I ate the sandwich (which ironically was the wrong item but was too hungry to care at the moment). Had eight hours of simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea then went to ER. Got 2 liters of saline. Anti emetic. Etc. got home from ER around 1AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
