My husband is currently vomiting in the bathroom. He’s had diarrhea all day since he ate at kfc and was extremely lethargic since he got home from work. He went to bed at 830pm without saying anything and just woke up and started vomiting and saying he needed water.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 2017 年 3 月 20 日买了塔可钟。我购买了两个软炸玉米饼和一个紧缩包装。我在晚上 7 点半左右吃了饭。吃完炸玉米饼之后我感觉好像有什么不对劲了。它比我记得的要充实得多。我咬了几口紧缩包裹，感觉太臃肿了，我停下来把它扔掉了。晚上 11 点左右我得了腹泻然后猛烈地吐了起来。之后，两者每半小时发生一次，直到凌晨 6 点。我还经历了发冷、出汗和发烧。现在是第二天下午 4 点 12 分，我仍然感到胃痛。上个月我因胃虫的糟糕经历而留下了 zofran，这对昨晚的恶心和呕吐没有帮助。

Ate a cheesy gordita crunch meal, which includes two regular crunchy tacos on Thursday (March 9). Woke up Friday with no appetite, feeling a little off. Threw up a bit Friday evening, but that's the least of the worries. Diarrhea has been present for the last 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
