我在 2017 年 3 月 20 日买了塔可钟。我购买了两个软炸玉米饼和一个紧缩包装。我在晚上 7 点半左右吃了饭。吃完炸玉米饼之后我感觉好像有什么不对劲了。它比我记得的要充实得多。我咬了几口紧缩包裹，感觉太臃肿了，我停下来把它扔掉了。晚上 11 点左右我得了腹泻然后猛烈地吐了起来。之后，两者每半小时发生一次，直到凌晨 6 点。我还经历了发冷、出汗和发烧。现在是第二天下午 4 点 12 分，我仍然感到胃痛。上个月我因胃虫的糟糕经历而留下了 zofran，这对昨晚的恶心和呕吐没有帮助。

Ate a cheesy gordita crunch meal, which includes two regular crunchy tacos on Thursday (March 9). Woke up Friday with no appetite, feeling a little off. Threw up a bit Friday evening, but that's the least of the worries. Diarrhea has been present for the last 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
