我是轮椅使用者，因为有几个残疾！2018 年 5 月 19 日，我在布鲁克林市中心的 Citipoint 购物中心从这个地方购买了 Pizza Parlano！我呕吐了 5 次，直到肚子里什么都没剩下，然后我就干了。我仍然生病了两次，去了店面的急救机构，但最终还是因为我病得很重而不得不去附近医院的急诊室。我又生病了一个半星期。当我读到还能拿到上述产品中的包装盒时，我就拿着盒子去了 TJ 的商店，向经理讲台后面的经理报告了我的经历。在我向他出示收据作为购买证明（我仍然拥有）之后，他填写了投诉表，他从我那里拿走了箱子，向我保证正确的部门会与我联系。我有足够的时间来索要他交给我的收据。该产品的供应商没有听到 Trader Joe 在加利福尼亚的公司办公室的来信，而是给我发了 2 封电子邮件，声称之前没有人抱怨过这种冷冻披萨！他们给我的信件是不屑一顾和不恰当的，本质上称我为骗子，声称 Trader Joe 的质量保证部门无法跟进我的索赔，因为当我从我购买这个披萨的商店给经理时，他们无法从披萨盒中找到一些产品代码。这是对一位忠实客户的简陋回应，他在公司花费了数百美元！
