我在星期三晚上（5/30/18）吃了带鸡肉的辣面。我醒来时胃痛，由于发烧和恶心，在上下班途中差点晕倒。12 个小时以来，我经历了腹泻、严重的胃痛和恶心。也发烧了。第二天晚上 11 点终于能够呕吐了，那时很明显我无法消化任何食物。现在是星期五（6/1/18），我卧床不起，继续出现腹泻、胃痛和恶心。
