几个小时后晚上 10:15-10:30 左右得到了塔可钟，胃开始困扰我。早上 6 点跑到洗手间时带着非常糟糕的 direah 和呕吐。无法保持任何东西。扔了很多次比开始减少水分... 发烧了 101-102 睡了好几个小时。我试过的时候什么都吃不了。几个小时后，我得以保持面包下来，非常虚弱。第二天好一点还是很虚弱

I ate my smoke house burger around 6:40pm and I started feeling sick like 15-20 minutes after I ate. I felt sharp pains in my stomach,then the fever, sweating, nausea then later on in the evening my diarrhea started.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had a baseball game which ended at 8 pm Monday, and I was hungry. So my mom took me to mcdonalds to get food. I got a double quarter pounder with fries and a coke. I ate all the fries but only ate half of the sandwich. This is the first time I got beef at McDonald’s.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
