Purchased a pizza on Saturday night and woke up about 4 hrs later with severe diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day Sunday and finally subsided on Monday. A doctor visit on Monday confirmed food poisoning., I was the only one who ate that pizza and I was the only one who got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻

Picked up a burrito bowl at 2:30 on Sunday. Had half at 3 and warmed up leftovers at 8:00. Got sick Monday morning at 7 and have been sick all day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

在星期二晚上。大约 6 个小时后，我猛烈地呕吐，经历了腹泻，伴有发烧和胃痛。现在已经 3 天了，我的症状仍然存在。，只有我。大约 6 个小时给予或接受。腹痛持续 48 小时。出汗、发烧、有时发冷、弹丸呕吐、3 天内有超过 30 次上厕所腹泻，现在 3 天后我仍然遇到胃部问题
