墨西哥食物引起的食物中毒在餐厅吃了。鸡肉 fajitas 没有辣椒。2 小时后感觉不舒服所以去睡觉了。在严重胃痛的情况下再过 2 小时醒来  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 煤气

Went to chipotle on May 3rd.got a chicken burrito. About 6 hours later became extremely nauseous and began vomiting. I am still sick and vomiting. Probably going to the ER, Was only one who got sick.took about 6hours till nausea started followed by vomiting ,which still continues  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

费城牛排三明治-订购星期五吃一个三明治，另一个留在星期六... 大约两个半小时后我的胃抽筋了... 凌晨 4 点，我开始呕吐... 好像两个小时之后，直到周日下午 6 点... 然后在周日晚上 8 点，diarraha 开始直到晚上 10 点 30 分

On Sunday 03/18/2018 I ate a cheeseburger and fries around 2:30. By 4:00 I had diarrhea, so I laid down and within a half hour started vomiting. Had vomiting and diarrhea for the next 7 hours, did not go to work the next day and as I'm submitting this now I still don't feel 100%  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at Fiesta Jalapeno in North Ridgeville OH and was vomiting within 24 hours. For 2 days afterwards I felt nauseous and vomited several times. It was definitely the tacos.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
