Ate verlittle that day. At lubch had a sping roll and fish tacos. 12 hours later 48 hours of misery began. Something didnt quite seem right about the tacos...maybe the temperature. Should have sent them back...the a"gut" sometimes knows.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

We had Canes late Friday 11/18/16 and after about 30 minutes we began to feel sick to our stomach we had stomach rumbling and knotting. By this morning we were going to the bathroom with cramping.  | 症状: 恶心

I ate Arby's chicken slider on November 18th, 2016. I only ate around half of it snd noticed it tasted odd. I threw the rest of it away and before I could get home I was puking. I had diarrhea and wvery move I made was painful. Thanks Arby's.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

和丈夫和孩子一起去吃晚饭。有酿蘑菇和所有你可以吃的意大利面。我吃了大部分的蘑菇和 Asiago 大蒜意大利面。走出去停车场抽筋开始了。凌晨 2 点左右腹泻，早上 8 点左右呕吐。恶心持续。丈夫吃了 1 个蘑菇和一点同样的酱汁而且胃痉挛

我星期天下午进来拿一个汉堡。我整天都没吃过任何东西。当我吃汉堡的时候，我意识到蘑菇味道很奇怪，所以我把它们移走了。大约一个半小时后，我开始抽筋和头痛。大约一个小时后，我开始猛烈呕吐，无法下地板。我在发抖和出汗。我必须被带到急诊室。我继续呕吐了好几个小时，不得不放在液体上。我得到了一些药物和胃药。呕吐消退之后我出院了。已经 3 天了，我还在出现症状。
