昨晚我去了塔可美女，我有一个俗气的 gordita 紧缩和一个强壮的 5 层。第二天早上我醒来时很臃肿。回到家后，我经常因发冷而呕吐，腹泻在不久之后就开始了。除了少量冰块外，我整天都无法保持任何液体。不是愉快的一天。

My fiancé went to McDonalds on the way home from work and got two Fila-o-fish and a a drink. When he woke up the following day he had diareah and was vomiting shortly after. Everything he ate was coming up and our family didn't eat mcdonalds he was the only one that did.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
