Got a Signature Select Chef Salad from the little salad/sandwich/cheese booth thing and have been dealing with tore up guts for nearly 24 hours now. I know it was the salad because it was all I ate last night and you can clearly see the salad in my stool. ?  | 症状: 腹泻

昨天下午 1 点 15 分左右吃了爆米花鸡，根本没睡觉，出汗，恶心，今天早上开始腹泻/呕吐。洗了个澡、发抖、冷寒、几个小时后呕吐和腹泻！，只是我自己在那里吃了只有我自己生病了，  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 寒战, 发抖, 出汗
